Deposits
and Payments for Hosted Parties:
A deposit is required to reserve
your party date. I prefer payment by credit card. Kindly give a 2 week
notice, my dates fill up fast! The balance is due at the time of the
party. A 50% non-refundable deposit
required at booking. If any dates need changing for you due to
unforeseen circumstances we are happy to try to accommodate that date if
not already booked. 50% balance due immediately upon arrival at party.
Payments for Rental
Kits:
A full payment is required by credit card to reserve
your party date. If any dates need changing for you due to
unforeseen circumstances we are happy to try to accommodate that date if
not already booked.
RUSH
FEE:
If you book a party with less then 5 day notice a
$40 fee will apply.
NSF:
There is a $35 fee for any check
that is returned to us with NON SUFFICIENT FUNDS.
Minimum
Attendance:
Parties are designed for 8
participants. If less then 7 attend, you are required to pay for up to
8.
Maximum
Attendance:
You are allowed to invite up to 15
children. 16 total including the birthday child. You will be charged
for amount of guests I prepare and pack for. If you wish to have more
then 12 children there will need to be a
additional staff member to help
conduct the party safely. You will be charged an additional fee.
Final
Guest Count:
Like any planned event, (Wedding, Company
Christmas party etc.) if we prepare for it ... we charge for it. We
will go over the final guest count one day before the party. If there
is less then 100% attendance you will still be charged according to
final count.
Boys at parties: Boys are always welcome at a
Premiere Parties.
You must disclose that they will attend so that we my properly prepare for
them. Boys are encouraged to participate in party activities. We do
offer as an alternative to make up; application of Tattoo's.
Special
Diets:
Should any of your party guests have food
allergies, we will try our best to be accommodating. If they have
severe food allergies we recommend that you or their parent provide an
alternate treat for that child.
Liability
for Damage:
We appreciate your consideration by
ensuring that our property is treated gently and carefully. You are
financially liable for any damage incurred.
Arriving
& Departure Times:
Please allow space in the drive way for to make it
easy for set-up!! We suggest
that the birthday girl and guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior
to the party start time. We appreciated your consideration and
understanding.
Premiere Parties:
and its employees assume no
responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. Your hostess will
provide you with the most professional of services and will work to
ensure that your home is treated like a "castle".
Character
Duties:
Our princess characters interact with each guest and help them
get ready for the princess coronation, and Royal Tea Party. The
Princess will sit and have tea with girls at the tea party, next to the
birthday girl. You are welcome to take as many candid photos as you
would like. You are also allowed to video tape the event as it unfolds.
Gratuity
and Tipping for Parties:
Gratuity is at your
discretion and will not be included on your invoice, but it will be much
appreciated by the staff that serves you.
A
State Sales Tax will be added to your final bill (Only on taxable
items).
Gratuity
and Tipping for Character Visits:
A 20% gratuity will be automatically be billed to your invoice.
Travel Fee for
Hosted Parties:
We charge $1.00 per mile for anything beyond
a 20 miles from 2606 Greystone Drive Tracy
CA. 95377, (we use Yahoo Maps).
Travel Fee for

Delivery Fee for Rental Kits: We charge $25 for up to 25
miles from 2606 Greystone Drive Tracy CA. 95377, (we use Yahoo Maps),
and $1.00 per mile after.
